Turkey Bowl & Tailgate Party

This year we will be competing in the Turkey Bowl 2017 with First Baptist Church Granbury on Saturday, November 18 at 12:00 pm. The game will be held here at our church. We have a team of 6 guys, and 4 cheerleaders, and one coach (Pastor Scott). We want everyone to show your support for our church! Show up, have fun and tailgate! Pastor’s Coffee

Night of Lights Parade

Granbury First United Methodist Church has entered a float in Granbury’s “Night of Lights Parade”. We will need volunteers to help decorate as well as participate as cast members on the float. The theme of the parade this year is “The Bible Story.“ The parade is on Friday, November 24th at 7:00 pm. The first decorating event will be on Saturday, November 18th at 10:00 am. You can contact Joe Boles at 817-240-6549 for details and information on location of the decorating event. Let’s reach out to the community and let them know about Granbury First United Methodist Church!

Brazos Chamber Orchestra Concert

We are excited to once again host the Brazos Chamber Orchestra and their 2017 Christmas Pops Concert! The evening will be filled with Christmas favorites for all ages. You will walk away with the Christmas spirit in your heart. Come, bring your family, friends, and share in the wonder of Christmas. This concert always fills up, so come early and get a good seat! Concerts are free, but donations will be accepted at the concert. Mark your calendars and we’ll see you there!

 

EMOJI CHRISTMAS Program

We invite you to our Children’s Ministry’s presentation of “Emoji Christmas.” The Program is a creative re-telling of the Christmas story that you are sure to enjoy! The skits, songs, and readings will remind us of what Christmas is all about in a fun new way! Please join us at 5:30 pm for a Family Dinner at $3 per person and then “Emoji Christmas” at 6:30 pm.
